Paul is a certified Shinpiden Third Degree Practitioner, trained in the Usui Reiki Ryoho System of Natural Healing.  He is an intuitive healer who brings insightful, caring attention to the clients he serves.  Introduced to Reiki because of a back injury, the renewal of body, mind and spirit Paul experienced motivated him to train in the healing art of Reiki.  

 

He has additional energy work training,  and has studied Theta Healing. Paul also has dedicated yoga and meditation practices. He supports clients with gentle loving kindness and provides clients a sacred space of safety and comfort to promote relaxation and healing of mind, body and spirit.
